湖北華科瑞誠標準化技術服務事務所有限公司（簡稱華科瑞誠），于2016年2月4日在武漢市注冊成立。公司地址位于武漢東湖新技術開發區，是全國首批標準化技術服務事務所、國家標準委公布的首批標準化服務業試點項目（特種設備行業標準化服務產業培育試點）單位。同時，公司是全國閥門標委會副秘書長單位、全國安全泄壓裝置標委會委員單位、中國電力技術市場協會理事單位、湖北省激光協會理事單位、電力行業電站閥門標委會副主任委員單位、武漢炎黃茶文化研究會副會長單位；并具有國家新聞出版廣電總局頒發的“中華人民共和國出版物經營許可證”。

公司堅持以“政府為主導、市場化運作、產學研一體”的現代服務模式，擁有來自新加坡、臺灣等國內外一流的標準化專家，并先后與湖北省質量標準研究院、國家技術標準光谷創新基地等科研院所和華中科技大學、武漢大學、中南財經政法大學等高等院校廣泛合作，建立了長期合作實習基地，具備強有力的師資、科研和專家團隊，為研究成果向標準轉化，有效開展標準化教育服務和市場化規模運作提供堅實的基礎和技術保障。

華科瑞誠，服務標準。華科瑞誠的主營業務包括標準的立項申報起草、宣貫、培訓等全方位技術服務。截止2019年底，已起草10余項特種設備規范、國家及電力行業標準；與中國電力企業聯合會標準化中心合作開展電力標準起草宣貫工作；與中國電力市場協會合作創辦“電力行業安全閥檢修校驗工程師技術培訓班”和“電力行業調節閥維修調試技術工程師培訓班”；并與武漢電力職業技術學院合作出版《贏在共融》等專著。

Hubei Huake Ruicheng Standardization Technology Services Firm Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huake Ruicheng) was registered and established in Wuhan on February 4, 2016. Located in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, the Company is the first national standardization technology services firm and the first batch of units of service industry standardization pilot projects (pilot for cultivation of standardization service industry in special equipment industry) announced by the Standardization Administration. Besides, the Company is the deputy secretary general unit of the national valve standard committee, the member unit of the national safety relief device standard committee, the director unit of China Electricity Technology Market Association, the director unit of Hubei Laser Industry Association, the deputy chairman unit of the power station valve standard committee in the electric power industry, and the vice chairman unit of Wuhan Yanhuang Tea Culture Research Association, and possess of “Operating License of Publication of the People's Republic of China" which is issued by State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of The People's Republic of China.

The Company adheres to the modern service mode of "government oriented, market-oriented operation, integration of production, teaching and research", and is equipped with first-class standardization experts from Singapore, Taiwan and other domestic and foreign countries. It has successively cooperated with Hubei Institute of Standardization and Quality, National Technical Standard Innovation Base of Optics Valley and other scientific research institutes, as well as Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and other institutions of higher learning, with a long-term cooperative practice base established. The team of powerful teachers, scientific research and experts provides a solid foundation and technical support for the transformation of research results to standardization, standardized education services and market-oriented scale operation.

Huake Ruicheng provides standardized service. The main business of Huake Ruicheng includes all-round technical services, such as standard drafting, declaration, publicizing, training, etc. By the end of 2019, more than 10 special equipment specifications, national and power industry standards have been drafted. The Company has carried out the drafting, publicity and implementation of electric power standards in cooperation with the Standardization Center of China Electricity Council, and established "technical training course for engineers in safety valve maintenance and inspection in electric power industry" and "training course for technical engineer in regulation valve maintenance and commissioning in electric power industry" in cooperation with China Electricity Technology Market Association. Besides, the Company has published monographs such as Win in Integration in cooperation with Wuhan Electric Power Vocational and Technical College.
